Pros
Demandforce is a wonderful place to work. I've worked on the Client Services team for about 2 years now, and I have seen many changes take place, most of which were for the best. The personalities keep everything lively, and the energy is intoxicating - you're working in a bull-pen environment with very social and positive people. People work hard and play hard - you tend to be friends with the people you work with here. The company culture has remained largely unchanged despite Intuit's acquisition of Demandforce, which serves as a testament to how we have and are still operating around here. Benefits are excellent, the location is prime, and the work challenging but rewarding.
Cons
This is a fast paced environment, so you have to be on your toes and you have to be constantly sharpening your skills and abilities. Career advancement may be difficult if you cannot effectively carve out your niche or display your skill-sets early on.
