      Growing industry with interesting solutions to offer

      VERY high stress level with no end in sight Director level and above puts more pressure on current employees without any thought of how to find support People are not applying because of lack of flexibility Work life balance to all talk as it does not exist People are leaving because of how they are treated

      The whole company does not know how to work together it is a hot bed of blame. Any small error is seen as incompetence. Procurement leadership is self centered self serving and wholly controlled by SVP. The turnover is 55%. What does that tell you
