      Pros

      Off every weekend. Pay is competitive. Fellow employees are very helpful.

      Cons

      Good ole boy mentality. Fellow workers on payroll but do not show up for work. No room for advancement.

      The work life balance is good, hours are generally flexible, the office provided snacks and drinks as well as lunches on certain occasions, benefits are okay, and there is a small 401k matching program

      Cons

      The pay is becoming less competitive with the Austin market, the operations research department changes organizational structure every 6 months and leadership roles are constantly being moved around. Overall, it's a hard company to move up or really succeed at.
