The people and the team are fantastic to work for. There is a strong vision for the culture of our team.

Cons

The long hours, and the amount of work that needs to be completed can be tiring. Sometimes, due to the work amount, it can be difficult to have a strong work life balance.

Democracy Prep Baton Rouge offers a wonderful children, A+ PD, and lovely colleagues. All staff are aligned to a common vision and are driven toward providing the best for the scholars in our care!

Cons

The hours can be tough, but are necessary. This is the place to work if you are reading to work hard and give your all.
