Democracy Prep is committed to the success of all students, its Pathways program is really quite amazing. DP is committed to a culture of open feedback so that it's continuously growing to meet the needs of its scholars.

Cons

High expectations for everyone, staff and scholars - while this means a lot of hard work, it's clear that it's for the benefit of figuring out what contributes most to the success of our scholars.
