Pros

-Pay was good for the amount of work -Leaving -Take the job if you need money and nothing more -Training time for people with no experience

Cons

-Management is almost useless -No growth they don't care about experience/skill they have a clique and play favorites -No real work to do, won't gain any skills - Communication is horrible -HR doesn't resolve issues and is honestly just "sketchy" -Don't sign any documents they give you without reading every line they put some things in there you will regret if you actually read and you don't have to sign they tried to get me to -No care in the world about cultures or current events, management only cares about "getting back to the beach house" -Tools and credentials take FOREVER to come in -The job you sign up for is not what you will be doing -Can't even rate the CEO they tell you they are always around but Chain of Command is so weird here I was told not to talk to certain people who were at first introduced as a helping hand

Pros

You get a paycheck, period.

Cons

-Unrealistic expectations for projects and employees. -Turnover is probably like 75%. -Your salary/earnings may change without management letting you know, only to find out on your pay check. -Some sales employees do not even know how they earn their commissions, because the way they are calculated, is inconsistent. -Favoritism runs rampant (including HR leadership). -There is no annual merit or consistent increases. -Benefits are awful for employees, the company doesn't match 401k, and adding your family is super expensive with minimal coverage. -The organization is consistently being re-organized. -There is a huge gap between upper management and the individual workers - Management has no idea what is going on in the weeds. -People that quit or were let go, magically came back in higher level positions. -Verbal agreements during the onboarding process are not always upheld. -Managers are not managers, they are individual workers that have been assigned people under them. There is no coaching, getting them to approve stuff is a nightmare, and most of the time they don't even know what is going on with their team. -There is almost no advancement opportunity or career ladders. The only way you see a "ladder" is by calling you a level I, II, or III but no real actual job progression and growth.

Pros

Never seen so large of a company treat its employees like family the way this place does. I've always felt like I could go to my manager or even there manager and let them know I needed an accommodation or additional support from management... didn't get what I asked a lot of the time, but never felt like I couldn't ask. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn, as long as you're self-driven.

Cons

Benefits are pretty terrible. Compensation is something you have to directly compete with your peers constantly if you want to be eligible for. Not only do you have to constantly increase the value you're putting out, you also have to be slightly aggressive in asking for it. Never had anyone give me anything until I complained about deserving it for a while and really worked hard until they caved.
