CEO is incompetent

Pros

Coworkers were generally great people

Cons

Benefits are not competitive. Were playing initially but seriously downgraded coverage after the first year and doubled premiums. CEO is a clown that nobody inside or outside has any real respect for. Not self-made like he’d try to have you believe. Does not honor contracts and throws a temper tantrum when they’re cancelled. Will threaten employees with non compete that isn’t even legally enforceable.

Craptastic

Pros

Only marginally better than unemployment, and if they don't have a project for you, if you are a certain level of employee they will pay you study time.

Cons

They hire entree level project coordinators who have no college background, nor a background conducive to project management. They practice unfair labor practices as defined by law. They don't give you yearly reviews until you hound them to death. Nepotism is a big issue. They constantly tell their techs to not bad mouth the company, which is a sign in itself cause if they weren't a craptastic company they wouldn't have to tell people not to talk smack about them. They often take greater than 4 weeks to reimburse you for expenses. You move from project to project not knowing what's next oftentimes. They treat their employees as disposable and easily replaceable and then can't figure out why, they inspire no loyalty of their own. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen.

Pros

not many that I can think of sorry.

Cons

was told I would be hired for IT work not moving furniture, putting together desks or other manual labor. I have a computer background well over 20yrs and wish that I was told I would be doing this or that the contract would not be a year contract like most other companies. You move from contract to contract doing not what you were told you would be doing. Lack of knowledge of each contract you get or what its about. Had 5 lost paychecks and they wouldn't cut a new one had to wait till the next payday. So far I am not very happy with the way they have gone about things and misleading you into what they want you to do when hired on.
