      Pros

      they have offices in multiple cities and each office has a special culture. If you got an offer to work in Springfield or San Diego, I would say go for it. think more about Salt Lake and reject the Atlanta office !! they have a good bonus at the end of the year. they value the family and understand each employee situation you are always busy with the work

      they don't pay as well as other engineering consultant companies you have to travel a lot. there is not much opportunity to grow in the company

      Lack of management and development. The projects all need to be completed and there is a lack of review. Its normally a reactive environment than a proactive one.
