      Pros

      Tom Dennis. the founder of this company. He is truly a wonderful man who built a very well established engineering firm. Engineers are working hard. They are dedicated and very knowledgeable technically

      Cons

      Junior and Senior "partners". These are promoted Engineers and Project Managers but they have, in the majority but not everyone, zero Communication and People skills. They are very hungry people, some extremely rude, competing for a big piece of the cake and leaving crumbs to employees who report to them. Terrible place to work! Low morale. Once Tom Dennis leaves the company, this may become the Dennis Droop!

      Fun atmosphere with great people

      Cons

      Going away from Tom Dennis running the company to Senior Partners is not going well. I hear more each day of failing projects, lack of moral and overall retaining essential knowledge.

      Ooen Vacation Policy is good, but then it is also tied with bonus.

      Old Management Style and more each project manager centric. Lacks standard practice.
