Training programs are time consuming. Servers, good ones, want to come in to their job do their side work and be done not have to deal with constantly watching new videos. The cooks training is overly extensive when you are short-handed and need help you need experience Cooks but they do not pay enough. So you cannot keep good help

Mostly nice co-workers who try to be helpful

Cons

The communications department is disorganized and the leadership is belittling and condescending. It was horrendously toxic with no positive feedback. It is an environment that is not safe for growth, alignment, or open communication. Very negative experience and would never get involved with company again.

There's some great people there.

Cons

Everything is micromanaged. Salaried managers were suppose to make an average of 28 per hour. But after the scheduled 63 hours, I made 14.37 per hour.
