Cons

This place used to be called Bayless and is now denova. They got acquired by a huge corporation and started treating their employees like total garbage! It has gone down hill so bad, as an employee you have no voice, you’re not valued and it’s all about the money.. they dictate when you can take time off , hesitant to give you pto , don’t listen to any feedback on improvements , and your just a working machine to them.

Pros

Great Culture, Leadership and Executive Leadership are good people. You can also transition departments to learn & grow your own career. Leadership is also seems excited to mentor and lift up their teams across the organization.

Cons

They implemented an annual salary increase but many people's jobs are still below market value. I know this is something they are working on but with constant changes (due to company growth), it seems to be more work on people without seeing compensation.

Cons

Departments are very siloed, lot's of restructuring/changes, therapy teams scope of practice is very grey.
