Pros

You can get your hours quick You can work from home You can set your schedule *kinda You can learn what you do and don't like as your grow as a therapist Pay is better than some other CMH positions

Cons

They ask 25 hours of direct client which is hard, since no shows happen and you are asked to book more to cushion. Super high needs clients. There is pressure to work hours you don't want to, "for the client." Supervision is okay for entry level but you wont get quality as the supervisors are not very seasoned nor trained well. This is classic CMH and the burnout happens and turn over is high. I was able to meet my productivity but suffered mentally from it, panic attacks. I had to leave. I could not be a Band-Aid to larger issues.
