      Coworkers, feeling that you're doing good for the community

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. The training process is terrible and more than a year in there are still things I'm finding out that I should have been taught right off the bat. Benefits are TERRIBLE. 2 hours of PTO per pay period until you've been there 2 years.

      Pros

      Given the opportunity to work with a diverse set of patients. Good place for those starting out to gain experience. Affordable insurance.

      Cons

      Poor pay and no raises. Extremely unsupportive management that displays favoritism. There have been numerous incidents of harrasment by supervisors towards their staff that is continually excused by upper management. Staff is also threatened with losing their jobs if they do not meet "productivity", which is supervisors pushing staff to provide unnecessary services to patient's in order for the centers numbers to be high. The management views the staff as dispensable and will allow them to be threatened and harassed. Told to "add time" to the time actually spent with patients.
