Pros

We have great departments/teams. Our leadership is accessible to everyone (much respect there!). Our staff really cares about the mission and it shows in our productivity. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to land.

Cons

Praise in public and critique in private. That being said, I really have no complaints. As someone who has been in the workforce for over 10 years (this is my second industry), I can honestly say that MHMR is one of the best-run establishments I've ever worked for.

Pros

Easy to get a job and the people are nice and interesting people. The work itself is meaningful and impactful on the community. Its just the pay, work load, and upper management that make it rough.

Cons

Wildly fast turnover, intense burnout, and a complete lack of knowledge by almost all the staff myself included.

Lots of turnover Low pay Burnout is normal Long Hours Lack of communication from management
