Pros

Sadly, none come to mind

Cons

Awful pay, turnover, thin staffing everywhere, incompetent HR, abysmal growth opportunity, did I say awful pay?

Pros

Unlimited PTO and holidays are great. People actually use their time off.

Cons

Dentsu will always prioritize the client over employee well being. High turnover rates due to overworked employees and upper management has no interest in pushing back on unrealistic expectations set by clients. Layoffs happening and raises/promotions have been on hold for basically the last two years. They are doing very little to retain their current talent or show that they care.

Pros

-Remote work -Great health insurance -Random bonuses

Cons

-The layoff decisions were based entirely on titles. The executive thought process would be basically broken down as "do we need these positions or not?". Even though your title and job description says you do this, your actual job could be something much more complex. My official title says I work on reports. My actual job was responsible for an entire company's technology and system architect. Cutting the person who built and maintained your system severely interfered with day-to day-operation. Even after a few weeks, people from work message me on LinkedIn saying things are broken, we do not know what to do, whoever cut you made a terrible decision. -Prior to 2020 COVID Inflation, ok company pay, but after the company and it's umbrella, the pay is extremely poor by comparison to competitors or those in related industry. -Career advancement is highly political IF, huge IF, you started at the bottom. Coming in as a specialist or manager, then your advancement is more so based on skill.
