Working remotely, higher salary compared to competitors

Cons

This was by far the worst place I have ever worked! Please run! My managers were micromanagers. It was a toxic work environment, if you do not fit into the white-washed environment you will have a hard time at the company. Despite the salary working here was NOT WORTH IT!

Pros

Team and office location are the best part of the job. People who run the office logistics are awesome. Able to somewhat define the culture of the office.

Cons

Management is horrendous, no vision, no idea what they want, just looking to "showcase" process. Research is lacking and there is a lack of centralized insight management. Bonuses are limited, hours are long, raises are few and far between. (Agency showed an increase in profit by over 17% but raises were maxed at 3%). Overarching leadership not present or aware of what is going on with employees or the accounts.

- supportive coworkers - WFH policy (although back to office mandated if level 55+ and near an office)

Cons

Dentsu has ruined Merkle's culture and has sapped my team of any joy we once had. We don't get raises. We're rarely promoted. We have no resources. Their long-term strategy appears to be to cut staff ad infinitum until "the market is favorable," i.e., never. We're all taking on more and more work, constantly in fear of losing our jobs, and being paid way below market rate. Everyone is trying to find a new job.
