Pros

Different corrosion control environment, most of the time it is oil & gas, the water side is kind of a nice area to work in.

Cons

Some of the management do not understand corrosion control. Water will flow without cathodic protection, but we can make the "out of site out of mind" infrastructure, last a lot longer with small upfront cost.

Pros

It is an organization that provides good work life balance, has a pension plan, and is small enough that you get to work with people at all levels of the organization

Cons

Denver water makes it hard for employees to grow within the company because it is more about who you know and less about what you know. Also we are very top heavy within the organization that most decisions made are at the benefit of management
