Pros

Good benefits, great work/life balance

Cons

Poor morale, dated technology stack. I recall management saying that meetings couldn't have free coffee or doughnuts because they were worried about the local news reporting of employees getting too many perks. Now all I hear about is the news reporting on the five and six figure bonuses they are receiving.

Pros

Good benefits, Most co-workers great people

Cons

Horrible moral in rank and file workers. Management treats you like a number. little possibility of career advancement. Since pay for performance initiated no chance of moving beyond midpoint of payscale. Incredibly high turnover. I worked there more than 8 years and we averaged more than 20% turnover yearly at my plant.
