Pros

People are nice, on the lower levels. Get a promotion, and it seems to go to peoples heads. Managment is getting worse and worse, the more layers they add to themselves. It used to be a great company to work for. It used to be something people were committed to. Now its a paycheck.

Cons

Management does not listen to anyone but themselves. Guys that work with water, who get their hands wet are ignored.

Cons

Too political, you have to be in with the "in" crowd to get ahead. Too much fake camaraderie, not enough courage to face the real problems in the organization. Too much time spent manipulating the board's opinion of the executive staff.

Pros

Not many - good benefits. Good job stability (if you can put up with the BS). The worker bees are good people.

Cons

Executive team is so out of touch. Only way to improve is to CLEAN HOUSE. Get rid of the "values" banners - they are a joke. HOLD EVRYONE accountable - this means the e-team too!.
