Business Outlook
Pros
I've had a very positive experience since joining DCI, just over 2 years ago. There is a strong sense of teamwork across the business and feel we have a genuine supportive culture ranging from colleagues and management at the site all the way up to management in the leadership team.
Cons
I wouldn't say this is a massive con in my opinion but there has been a lot of changes happening recently across the business. Specific to the UK, I feel management have managed the communications around these changes well and I have a good understanding of why it is all happening but you can't at times help thinking when will all of the changes end.
