Pros

-This company has a great startup feel with a lot of room for professional growth. -They offer 401k and health benefit packages with a very welcoming environment. -Management is very accessible and works to see the whole team succeed and improve personal development. -Fun Company Events

Cons

This is a great place to work but there are always room for improvement so I would add that to make this company even better would be to offer dental benefits.

Pros

Good product. Great product development teams.

Cons

Mind reading expected. Zero communication. Training is non-existent. Systems are outdated and no one knows how to use them. Firing is first course of action should management not like an employee. High turnover. Management monitors when employees scan their key cards and come and go from the building. No trust. No work from home. Terrible benefits — raised out of pocket maximum from $500 to $2,000 half way through the year. 401K is a joke with next to no participation. Fear based company. No HR department. Zero processes or forms. No one knows who anyone is in the building because of high turnover and lack of people working together. Definitely on your own! No team.

Lots of Room for Improvement

Pros

Sure did learn a lot. Had a little bit of leeway to be creative here and there and my feedback was truly valued.

Cons

In a nutshell I felt almost as if I was in an abusive relationship. Seemed like management was constantly under pressure, so it rained down on the associates. During training, I felt I was unable to learn comfortably and then was berated if it wasn’t at a fast enough pace. Then once I learned something I was told that “you learned that faster than I did” but during the entire process I was ridiculed for not understanding something right away. Every Friday we had an “evaluation” that felt more like a chance for us to be torn into with a micro management process. I literally cried before work once a week before face to face meetings because I was terrified of what I was going to get in trouble for next. I’ve been in stressful corporate jobs with an immense amount of pressure but this took the cake for probably the rest of my career. I absolutely had to leave because of it.
