Management loves to celebrate the holidays, so bring your craft scissors. Huge break-room is almost always empty, so you'll be able to eat lunch in peace.

Cons

Little to no training. Managers wander around asking, Did you sell anything today? Be wary; they don't like to fire employees - they want you gone, sure, but would rather change your role in the company or transfer you to another department; where they'll proceed to make your life miserable and hope you quit. The goal is to avoid paying your unemployment.
