Most of the people were extremely nice, lovely area, nice offices

Cons

One person in particular was HORRIBLE. They treated their counterparts and subordinates like garbage. I've never treated so poorly at work.

Great People- most everyone is really nice and easy to get along with Great Hours- 40 hour work week with flexible hours Holiday Party

Cons

Poor pay- not up to industry standard Poor benefits- no dental and no 401k Micromanaging- there are too many mid-level managers for such a small company
