Fast paced, independent work. You will learn a lot! There is opportunity to grow in job title, but do not expect pay to match

Cons

As far as Seattle businesses go, they really don't offer many benefits. There are only a few paid days off a year, no increase in PTO after a few years, no maternity leave, no work from home option, no 401K and pay raises are only available once a year. There is an attitude that employees should be thankful to have a job at all.
