Great People... Great Atmosphere... Great Company

Pros

Vacation/PTO; Holiday Observance, Stock Options, Fringe Benefits (cell phone and gym reimbursements); Great Work Environment (people are actually friendly here and open); Better HR Communication (if you have a problem or concern you can actually go to them without worry); Flexible Schedules that allow you to work hard, and have a life too (play hard)! Managers are Tangible,meaning they are available, no close doors here! The CEO is a simple email away and that's cool! They listen to their employees and strive to be better!

Cons

It is a start-up, and had a merger, so still going through some organizational changes. So, for some that do not like change they are in slow motion and sometimes a bit resistant. In the long run, the future looks extremely bright for Determine, and I'm glad I'm apart of the Team to go to the next level.

Pros

I am really starting to love working here. The new platform is making a real difference and clients are finding it easier to understand why the platform is so different.

Cons

There is still a lot of work to do to make Determine the number 1 vendor in our vertical. However that is the exciting part!
