Pros

Great staff that you work with, but you’ll bond over being unhappy with your current pay, your schedule and demands from higher level management

Cons

No raises, limited bonuses, extra work loads to cover sick days, employees quitting or not showing up. Little to no help from upper level management and constantly kept out of the loop and unsure how to help members or guests.

Ability to make good money at weddings, beautiful building, great location, free employee parking, good health insurance if you can get FT, Union

Cons

Good ol boys system, favoritism, sexual harassment, poor percentages, tough schedule/split shifts
