Business Outlook
Pros
Pay and benefits were very competitive. When I sent in my resignation they actually granted me a substantial raise. It wasn’t enough to keep me on the team of the tyrant I worked for though.
Cons
I left because I was unhappy with the treatment I received from my Director. They were all over the place and it seemed like no matter the feedback nothing changed. I tried to transfer to open positions that I qualified for and they blocked those. I’ve heard since I left they were terminated and I’m sure the department is better for it.
