After training, we were told we'd have to wait on the bench for placement, but that things were looking positive and there was nothing to worry about. They kept that narrative up right until we were laid off- we were given assignments to work on one morning, then made to go to a meeting that same afternoon where the whole cohort was fired. No transparency at all
