Pros

Great culture and atmosphere. Devon also has a great training program for engineers.

Cons

Micro-management is an issue with some groups but not all. Company is loyal to employees, but sometimes seem hesitant to make changes when it is warranted.

Pros

Wonderful technology team! Great IT leadership. fabulous new facility in downtown oklahoma city, pride of the State of Oklahoma. Perfect employer-employee relationship.

Cons

A hint of bureaucracy, but that's expected in a company this size. The company is going through a transition at this point, and my guess is once that's complete, the bureaucracy & red-tape will only diminish.
