      Pros

      The people at Devoted Health are loving, motivated, and dedicated to change the way our seniors are cared for! We work hard and are growing so quickly, but the support for each other is endless. Pay is excellent, time off is very fair, and benefits are the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been in healthcare for 35 years and this company will be where I retire!!

      Honestly, I can’t find any cons. I will say we are growing and very busy!

      Inspiring mission; surrounded by the most talented colleagues that I have ever worked with in my career.

      At times, it feels like certain employees have hit their ceiling while a select few are offered all of the growth opportunity and titles.

      Pros

      Very Friendly environment. All inclusive and diverse culture. There are many opportunities for growth and advancement. Management really cares about their team. The flexibility, benefits, compensation, PTO, and equity, are wonderful. In this start up company, they are always open to feedback and your feedback are valued. This is by far, the best healthcare company I've ever joined. The values and mission of this company is mindblowing.
