      Pros

      Guiding light in all decisions at this company is always what is best for the member. Collaboration in between teams to get things accomplished at fast speed. When concerns over process or barriers are voiced, they are addressed swiftly with solutions so the best work continues to be produced and member wins remain the priority!

      Just sad I did not find this company sooner in my career.

      Nothing. Writing nothing again to meet the minimum word count. This was the worst employment experience of my life.

      Cons

      If you aren’t in the “inner circle” don’t expect to advance. Don’t expect to be taken seriously regardless of prior experience if you are not in the “inner circle”.
