      Pros

      I’ve been working since I was 14 years old and this by far has been the most unorganized cut throat lying place that I’ve ever worked. Pros are good health insurance and no weekends. I would give my life for a stranger but this place runs the good ones away fast.

      From the top down they are receptive to feedback Benefits , Pay, PTO and they have a culture of assuming positive intent Very team oriented and collaborative , no finger pointing or call outs They focus on moving together as a unit to be the best health plan period Amazing technology best platform I have worked with

      Start up environment (tech based so things move very fast) Scaling meaning growth doubles every year (can be stressful)
