      Pros

      There are some great and very intelligent people who are willing to help at all times. The mission of the company is a beautiful one and is the reason I was drawn to the organization. The CEO at least seemed like a very genuine person.

      Cons

      Much of management had unrealistic goals. Nepotism is rampant. Favoritism is not even remotely discreet Very little recognition or reward for hard work and accomplishments. Little room for professional growth. Shady internal practices that worked towards pushing a lot of hard working individuals out. Bad work life balance and expectations of employees. Seemingly fake culture of happiness. High turnover/attrition

      Cons

      Start up culture isn't for everyone - Expect some ambiguity in terms of training and learning resources. Very tech driven environment - if you're no comfortable with that it could be a difficult transition. Must have a flexible nature and be comfortable with change. Be prepared to hit the ground running and do more than what you initially thought would be expected of you.
