      Tons of growth as the company continues to expand. Benefits are amazing AND cheap. Love the openness

      Pay was competitive for the job

      Cons

      You are just a number here. It was a good start up to work for when I joined, but it quickly turned corporate and there was a lot of micromanaging. It’s impossible to move up or into a different role. Members are awful and cruel, but that comes with any call center. Work here if you want to be a robot all day, everyday, and suffer from emotional exhaustion.

We continue to look for ways to make sure our Member Service Guides feel connected to the organization as we adapt to being primarily remote.       Best Company I Have Ever Worked For

      Pros

      The culture of the organization is like no other. You get to work with the best and brightest on a daily basis. There is no I in the work that we do as every team works together to ensure our members receive the level of care that we would want for our own family members. Leadership is amazing - open to feedback (willingness to talk about what is going well and any areas of opportunity) and genuinely wants employees to succeed regardless of their role within the organization. The company is growing rapidly which is really exciting! Very generous compensation, PTO and benefits package. There is always the opportunity to learn and grow on a daily basis and join in on a variety of project based work.
