      Pros

      Very transparent company. Starting from the top, communications are always happening within the team. Between Slack and Google Doc's, if you are looking for something, it is nearly always available. There are frequent all-hands meetings and company wide communications, and the executive team all sit right on the floor. There is a clear mission to create a healthcare program that is 'more caring than the rest'.

      Cons

      Office not on a subway system, so folks either live near by or drive. The old factory building is beautiful though.

      Pros

      It is truly a joy to go to work everyday . Devoted Health is filled with smart, talented, mission driven people that I learn from everyday. The company culture is inclusive and treats everyone with respect. They foster growth but also throw in a lot of fun along the way. Leadership is amazing with clear, mission driven goals. The work space and location are both stunning. Devoted Health is a great place to work.

      Cons

      A startup is not for everyone. It requires a lot of flexibility in thought and time.

      Pros

      The people: I came from a place with smart talented people - most of the people who left my previous job for other companies said that the one downside was that the people weren't the same caliber. I have NEVER been around such a talented group of individuals in my life. I learn from them every day and my speed of learning was one of the things that was most important to me. But in addition, they also came here with their heart. Improving healthcare for seniors is the reason that the people who work here came to work here. The mission: This company values the mission over the margin (which is one reason why the company will be very successful financially over the long run). Fun: at least once per week, I laugh myself to tears at work. Location: The Waltham Watch Factory is a beautiful place to work.

      Cons

      So far so good, but it's a new company ... I'm sure that the problems we're going to have are yet to come.
