Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us as a Nurse Practitioner. We’re glad you valued our remote work flexibility, but we are truly sorry to hear that your experience with management and shifting team expectations wasn't more positive. Devoted is committed to providing a supportive environment for our clinicians, and we are actively working to ensure our management teams maintain consistent expectations across the board. We take strides to ensure our employees are heard and respected. Our mission at Devoted is to make sure all members and employees are treated like family and your role is an important part of providing high quality care to our members. We have metrics in place to ensure we are able to achieve our business goals and our performance is aligned to achieve our mission. We know that even the best laid plans sometimes don’t work perfectly, but we are committed to making this a place where clinicians are finally free to do the best work of their lives. We also regret to hear of your experience with our management team. We understand that effective management is crucial to your work experience. We are committed to evaluating our management practices and providing our leaders with the tools they need to support their teams effectively, ensuring Devoted remains a place where clinicians are finally free to do the best work of their lives. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you so we can learn. Pros

People are nice, have met some great individuals.

Cons

This org is full of it. They have bad MGMT, fake friendly vibes on the outside but have no clue what they are doing internally. They're 401k match is 1%, the vacation is less than other pieces, the CME is abysmal. They are petty and just a place that likes to constantly change your job description add more without paying more. The d2me line is for micromanaging and everything is recorded. Every call, meeting , video.
