      Chaos disguised as genius

      Partially able to work from home

      Where do I start? Take on more than you can handle for a base salary Get calls/texts/emails to your personal cell phone without reimbursement for it Onboarding is only watching poorly put together home made videos of the guys who work there Toxic environment - everyone is the problem to them except them "culture" is all they talk about - but talk is all they do Senior Advisor left & took ~1/3 of clients with him & rightfully so - he was working 14 hours a day - 6-7 days a week. Their business model is not sustainable - they throw something at the wall - find a well to sell it to business owners and hope it sticks.

      Pros

      The specialization in working with only successful entrepreneurs and all the challenges that come with serving them. The whole team pulls for each other and respects each other! Everyone is an A Player! Management truly cares and provides all necessary tools. Expectation to be entrepreneurial vs just an employee. Everyone is seen and heard. The culture!

      Cons

      Not a work/life balance position as each day is different which is not really a con for me but some may see it that way.

      Great atmosphere within the company, leaders genuinely want you to grow as a professional and see you succeed. Encouraged to seek new designations to further development. Get to fully utilize all the skills as a financial professional you are taught.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, except excellence, and demand a high standard from you as a professional.
