      Pros

      The opportunity to contribute real results to clients and build real relationships with them is here. An opportunity that is not possible at a normal RIA or investment firm. Management and the executive team believe in you. They give you the tools you need to succeed and then let you run as fast as you can. Collaboration is an integral part of the team. Not only should collaboration happen, it must happen. If we don’t work together we cannot deliver the life changing results that we do. I would, and already have, recommend working here to anyone willing to put in the effort.

      Excellence and hard work is expected, but every minutes is worth it.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing. Everyone pulls for each other and management provides opportunities and support. Lot's of smart, engaged people to work with.

      Cons

      We are growing fast and you have to want to grow and improve. This isn't a place where you can be lazy.

      Pros

      The people who work here are really phenomenal. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, willing to help out, and easy to get along with. There is a lot of schedule flexibility and the chance to work remotely. The work is genuinely interesting. Because our clients are all entrepreneurs, we are constantly learning new things and diving into cool projects. We have great team collaboration and my immediate supervisor is a great mentor to me.

      Cons

      There is a bit of a workaholic/perfectionist mentality, but that also comes because everyone wants to learn and become better.
