Pros
Culture is team oriented. Everybody pulls the rope in the same direction. Always act as a fiduciary. I have no compensation tied to sales. I only care about what's best for my clients. That makes my job easier. We are growing fast. There are so many opportunities to grow my career and accelerate my career because there is so much opportunity. Transparency is key. I always know where I stand.
Cons
It takes a lot of work to be successful. Becoming technically proficient to the degree required to excel is no joke - you need to love to learn and can't be lazy. Their processes are better than my old firm, but just like any small company, more processes could be implemented to help us scale even faster.
