      Pros

      All the team members have an enthusiasm for their job which is contagious and makes you want to work harder. Everyone within the firm is willing to pour into you as an employee and is invested in your professional growth. We all collaborate frequently which is a great way to learn, test your ideas, and grow as an advisor.

      Cons

      The advisor position is definitely not a 9-5. I have found it difficult to manage the workload and have found myself frequently needing to work outside of normal business hours to stay on top on my tasks.

      -Vastly enhances your skill set in the financial planning industry -A team that bases it's success as a whole not individually -Management cares about the employees and their career path -Fulfilling work that helps stimulate the economy and business owners

      -Long hours (not bad if you love it) -Large ramp-up for the technology and model

      - New Roles are being formed every day - They let you run as fast as you want in terms of workload and going up the ranks - Quarterly outings to Scottsdale for Virtual Employees - Opportunity to work with the 1% of the 1% - Everyone the is hired is hungry for success, which results in the energy both in person and virtually being out of the roof!

      Cons

      - Being a remote employee outside of the quarterly outings (this assumes you prefer to be in person)
