      Pros

      *Just* starting adding more benefits, but still lacking the basics like a 401k Company Match. Do appreciate the newly added Pet Insurance and AFLAC to the benefits.

      Cons

      Stock is no longer given to all staff so your neighbor who does the same job as you has stock and you don't. They pay heavily on a Salary basis. The is literally no parking, they give you a map of the surrounding area and have you trek it - no shuttle. The employees do not smile as they pass you in the hallways, seems there is a lack of unity outside your immediate group. Salaried employees are over-worked. No Microwave ovens are allowed so your bring it from home lunch must be microwaved (yuck!). There is no on-site cafeteria, but a food truck and a vending area.

      •Friendly people •Lots of opportunities to find free food •Free coffee and tea •Doing work to help people affected by diabetes •Lower level management is invested in personal growth and are always open to talk

      Cons

      •Low pay •Facilities are lackluster - offices are cubicle farms •Parking is terrible •Lack of infrastructure in terms of having the right tools and equipment to get things done right, quickly, cost-effectively, and in house •Didn’t feel like company as a whole was invested in me being there •Time off policy isn’t great - standard •Competitor seems to be consistently ahead of the game

      Your in the Medical Industry, that's where it ends.

      Cons

      Run. You have to track down management to pay you your bonus. The colmpany doesnt realize to keep top talent you need to compensate them. They have recently went through temp agencies to further grease the higher ups pockets. The management team is highly unprofessional for the most part, partying with there employees. It's a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and frustration.
