Pros

Visionary, open-minded, responsive executive leadership. Great talent and passion in R&D and related work, and very collaborative environment. Good benefits and employee stock program. And the products are industry-leading and life-changing for people with diabetes and their care teams. Oh, and unlimited free coffee!

Cons

Competitive fast-moving industry, so sometimes the work is pretty demanding – but manageable. And there are the typical growing pains that are experienced by any company that is scaling up quickly in response to success in the market. And there are some jerks that work here (few and far between), but show me a group of 1300+ people where there aren't jerks. You have to learn how to coexist with such people as a fact of life.

Pros

Energetic, young, healthy and bright employees. Quick pace so excellent for fast learners. Good mission statement and honest values to the diabetic community. Diabetics and family members of diabetics enjoy their work here because it goes towards improving a great product.

Cons

Fast growth and quick pace can cause mistakes and much learning even among the executives.

Pros

Decent pay 18 an hour plus commission

Cons

Bit of a bait and switch as I was hired for sales and ended up pushing paperwork from doctors offices. Veryyyyy long hours it is and unspoken rule that working 40 hours a week is considered slacking.
