      Superior technology. Employees are motivated. Leadership is engaged. Customers are loyal. Company cares for its customers.

      Cons

      Growth is almost too fast. Structure and system being sacrificed in the process. Unsustainable at this rate. Fortunately, management is cognizant of this and trying to adapt.

      Variety of projects, exciting technology, growing company with smaller company culture.

      Cons

      Poor inter- and intra-departmental communication, incentives only for management level and above, several new managers/directors who are great engineers but terrible managers, not enough morale-boosting activities and incentives to offset the overtime required to meet deadlines.
