      Dexcom welcome new hires well and believes that everyone can make it. we have a lot of experimented supervisors that are here to answer all our questions, and they have a lot of patients. Dexcom provides all the training we need

      The culture here even via zoom has been one of the best that I have experienced so far. Blessed to have great leaders, coworkers and friends!

      Very structured breaks at times If adaptability is not your cup of tea, look elsewhere.

      The other employees were all extremely kind and helpful.

      Cons

      I felt like I wasn't utilized well. I applied for an internship, and confirmed multiple times throughout the hiring process that I was an applicant for an engineering internship, since that is the degree I am pursuing. I showed up and I was put on the floor to package kits and fold shipping boxes on 12 hour shifts. It was a good job, but I was looking to gain experience and felt like my time was wasted.
