Pros

Pay is decent for the easy work. If you can handle the hours, the schedule is nice (12hr days. 3 on 4 off then 4 on 3 off)

Cons

The leadership became a joke and has gotten worse over the past 2 years. There are cliques/circles and if you aren't part of those groups or don't "brown nose" you are constantly on the radar. Supervisors that have major power trips. There is favoritism and they try to hide it but it's obvious. They updated on how they do reviews and it's on a 3 point system, 1 being you're not meeting standards, 2 meeting standards, 3 exceeding standards. However, you can only get a 3 if you're getting a promotion. They also changed something in ADP and went back a full year and gave points(not good) for tardies, leaving early, & absences, which in turn caused numerous people to get write ups. So these people were punished for something the supervisors let go for months. If you're six minutes late you get a half point. If you're 2 hours late you get a half point. They're supposed to give a verbal warning at 7 points, then a write up at 8 points, then a final write up at 9 points, and termination at 10... But they would just let people accumulate points and then write them up and say "you can't be late or call in or you're fired. Sign this" HR and ER are pretty much non-existent
