      Pros

      Pays well and allows flexibility with regards to work life balance.

      Cons

      Very little Morales and Ethics. They advertise the company as being 'people oriented' when in the end it's really just survival of the fittest. Corrupt Upper Management, ER and HR groups.

      Pros

      I was working at Dexcom for more than 3 years. This is my third job out of college. Working from home and being in the office as need. This is the only good thing that I can think about over 3 years.

      Cons

      Poor leadership: With G7 release manager cannot keep track on what's going on. Everyday you would have new program manager for the same project. Program managers are people not related to technical work at all, and they are not aware of project deliverables. Poor communication skills or no communication at all in the entire company, Mangers does not communicate with their team members, and they influence team members growing negatively. Manger are with double faces. Mangers are not aware of their team members bandwidths. You would see some employees have a lot of work while others does not have work. Favoritism. The more you talk, the faster you get promoted. If you like to learn and grow your skills defently try to find another option.
