      Pros

      Money was decently good if you were in top 10% out of the 150+ sales reps.

      Cons

      Management is always making radical decisions and leaving it to all the rest of the employees to deal putting out the fires, since management never talks to customers themselves. Micromanaging is definitely a thing. Company has terrible customer service (outsourced to PH), and backlash from this usually falls back onto the reps back in US, preventing them from doing their usually day to day job. Lot of leaders and management are so passive aggressive in this company, it can be very frustrating.

      Intense - easy to burn out if you don't have good boundaries. Happiness also really depends on your manager

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities. Intense means you learn a lot quickly. My mgr was encouraging, supportive, and made sure i had balance. You can see the results and impact of your work (depending on dept), and if you like problem solving there is lots of that here. I feel the compensation is fair and I love their benefits. Lots of very smart, capable people here all trying to reach a common goal.

      Cons

      Executive mgmt is out of touch with reality, so deadlines and expectations are unrealistic. This causes people to burn out, get disillusioned, or cut corners, and timelines are constantly pushed out. There's pretty high turnover as the company tries to grow and mature. Still lots of silo-ing, and poor overall accountability. About half the managers are awful to work for, while the other half are great.

      Pros

      Dexcom is good place to learn new Technologies and your are motivated with it´s noble mission.

      Cons

      - Compensation and benefits below the average. - The more money Dexcom makes, the less they pay employees. - Direct managers have to much power on your compensation. - There is a lot of favoritism. - No matter how hard you work and how much results you deliver, if you are not part of your Manager's favorites list your compensation is not going to grow.
