      Employees are overall motivated and empowered. The product makes an incredible, positive impact on it's users.

      Cons

      Experiences vary depending on department and direct boss. Company is now entering into a much more competitive marketplace and general stress levels are pretty high.

      Pros

      What an unbelievable product it was the second most fulfilling and rewarding position I have had.

      Cons

      The place really took a dive after they brought on New Management that didn't know anything. They ran everyone who was good away and technical support management is garbage however the CEO and family and people around them are great
