Pros

Employee first company. Been here for quite a while however I really felt blessed to be part of this company or I can call a family with all the privilege that was given to us even we are just new. Aside from I am seeing the huge growth of the company when it comes to taking care of the people who fight or deal with Diabetes in a daily basis. It is very convenient for the patients and very beneficial not only to the users also with their relatives who supports and take care of them. The way they taught us to show genuine care to our patient that is also what we are being taken care of by the management.

Cons

I can't find any reasons to leave or any call center employee can't survive. With the work load that we have it is very easy process and minimal irate patients wherein I can't find the workplace and the job toxic.

Pros

Up until recently this was hands down the best company I have ever worked for. The culture here was amazing, every single person loved their job and had a smile on their face. And because of the culture it made the work wonderful, everyone here truly cared about the work they were doing and the help they were providing people. It was truly a patient care center, and not just another call center.

Cons

Over the past several months the company decided to make changes and pushed for more and more quantity over quality. And with those changes unfortunately came a severe lack of communication and out right hiding information from employees. Which resulted in the announcement that over the next few months they would lay off almost all of there american employees in AZ & CA, in favor of cheaper labor through temp agencies and the Philippines. Apparently quality is no longer a concern for them. They cant keep those people staffed as they are under trained and under paid for the work they are expected to do, so the turn over rate is very high.

Thank you so much for everything you've done for the company and for our patients. I know that the change has been difficult but we have been trying to support our employees as much as possible with resources, time, and events to help them find their next role at Dexcom or with other companies in our locations. I wish you all the best in your next role and appreciate your honest feedback on your experience.
