      Pros

      A stable and growing company provides many opportunities in different engineering areas. Management here is relatively open, and employees generally have more freedom to choose projects or areas they are interested in. So it's a great place to either start a career or to learn and consolidate certain industrial expertise. People here are nice, and everyone is focusing on solving technical issues so no problems such as politics. Great work-life balance.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a career path, this is a great place. DiCon has many leading and relevant edge technologies, a lot of resources, and many experienced people who are willing to teach and mentor. This is a rare vertically integrated company (in the U.S.) that you can see many complex processes from beginning to end. Even for sales people, we need to learn the details of each product, how they are built, and why they are good. This is not just a trading company, or a software company. This is a company that covers everything when you want to design, make, and market a product. Experience at DiCon is extremely valuable.

      You need to be a go-getter and want to learn. This can be your "career" if you want this to be your career.
